Volunteer Art Docent Program
Edgerton Elementary

WE NEED YOU!

Mr. Kovacs is very interested in having a Volunteer Art Docent Program at Edgerton Elementary. This program will be designed to bring more art (hands-on, techniques, and art history) into the classrooms on a once-a-month basis. The lessons will be very user friendly – everything is laid out in clear language and all steps are outlined. The supplies will be on hand at the school so all it will take will be some interested volunteers to lead the lessons! Training classes will also be available!

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ARTISTIC TO DO THIS!

Would you be interested in helping get this going? We will be using existing programs in the District as guidelines and also coordinating with InterUrban Center for the Arts so this will not require creating a program from the ground up!
